Title IX ComplaintsTop of P年龄
How do I file a Title IX Complaint?
Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, 20 U.S.C. 1681 et. seq. (Title IX) prohibits discrimination on the basis of 性 in educational programs and 活动 that receive or benefit from Federal financial assistance. 一般, a school district may not excuse, 拒绝或向申请人或受益人提供不同或较少的服务.
